Shipping & Delivery Policy – Floow Urban
1. Delivery Timeframes
All our products are shipped from countries in Asia, Europe, and the United States. Deliveries are handled by La Poste (French postal services), ensuring reliable and trackable shipping.
The average delivery time is between 5 to 10 days, with possible variations depending on the destination region, high-demand periods, or customs inspections.
2. Order Tracking
Each order is assigned a unique tracking number, which is sent via email once the package is shipped. Tracking can be done directly on La Poste’s website or through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
3. Customs Fees and Duties
Prices displayed on Floow Urban include shipping costs. However, in rare cases, customs fees or import duties may be applied depending on the regulations of the destination country. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Floow Urban cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to the sender due to an address error, a reshipment can be arranged upon payment of new shipping fees.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at sac@floowurban.com. In the case of a confirmed lost package, we will either resend the item free of charge or issue a full refund.
6. Order Modification or Cancellation
Once an order is being processed and shipped, no address changes can be made. For cancellation requests, please contact us before the item is shipped.
