We currently accept payments exclusively via Stripe, a secure and reliable platform that enables credit and debit card transactions.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase, and you will receive a confirmation email once the payment is approved.

If the transaction is declined, we recommend checking with your bank or trying another available payment method via Stripe.

Floow Urban does not store your banking or card information. All transactions are processed directly by Stripe, which adheres to the highest security standards (PCI-DSS).


4. Currency and Conversion

All payments are made in Euros (€). If you are purchasing from another country, the currency conversion will be handled automatically by your bank or card issuer, and exchange rate variations may apply.


5. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the same payment method used during the purchase.

The time it takes for the refund to appear on your card may vary between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
