Exchange & Return Policy – Floow Urban
1. Timeframe for Exchanges and Returns
Customers may request a product exchange or return within 7 business days of receiving the order.
In the case of a manufacturing defect, the period to request an exchange or return is extended to 30 days after receiving the order.
2. Conditions for Exchanges and Returns
To be eligible, the product must:

Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and in its original packaging;

Include all original accessories and tags;

Not show any damage caused by misuse or improper storage.
3. Exchange or Return Process
Contact our customer service via email at sac@floowurban.com stating your order number and the reason for the exchange or return.
Our team will reply within 2 business days with instructions for returning the product.
Once the product is received and inspected, we will either send a replacement item or issue a refund, according to your preference.
4. Refunds
For payments made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to your statement according to your bank’s terms and processing time.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the exchange or return is due to a manufacturing defect, Floow Urban will cover the return shipping costs.

For exchanges or returns for other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
